At Propsect Hill, middle school students improve their leadership skills through team building excercises, group projects, presentations, and speech preparation. The focus is on role of leadership in business and elements of successful entepreneurship. Students learn to analyze and evaluate, they learn how their decisions affect the future, and how the media impacts their everyday choices. Students learn that if we begin to think entrepreneurially we begin understand that every problem has a solution.

The Youngpreneur program is based on a differentiated and experiential learn model. Differentiated learning ensures that each child receives tailored learning. An experential approach is a "learn by doing" approach, the goal of which is to give student real-life experience that is practical.

When one Prospect Hill student named Maximo was asked, why he wanted to be an entrepreneur, he replied, "I want to bring people together". Maximo's business idea is to market and sell soccer balls with unique designs, these includes have various international flags and unique designs that represent the cultural heritage of each country. As Maximo, commented, "I heard that math is the universal language, but for me soccer is the universal sport. People may speak all different languages, but soccer unites the world, the world cup is a good examlpe".
